Recipe: Salami and Mozzarella Salad

I’m a great fan of salads for lunch, they can be incredibly yummy and yet super low in the old calories.

This one is dead easy to make. In a bowl, throw in a handful of mixed lettuce, some cherry tomatoes, some sliced red onion and pepper. Add some pieces of ripped up Salami Milano and a few mozzarella pearls then drizzle with a Balsamic glaze and grind a little pepper over it all.

Ingredients

  • Handful of mixed lettuce leaves
  • 6 mozzarella pearls
  • 4 slices of salami
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • some red onion (sliced)
  • some red/yellow pepper (sliced)
  • balsamic glaze
  • ground pepper
