Since starting my new job 4 months ago, the availability of an on-site canteen has had a somewhat detrimental effect on my waistline. I’m now 1lb off 17 stone and the reality of this predicament is starting to kick in. And so, once again, its time to tackle my weight.
I’ve decided the first step to achieving this is to start calorie counting and to try to limit myself to a somewhat meagre 2,000->2,200 a day. Hopefully the visibility of where I’m going wrong combined with a limit on what I take in should yield some dividends. Watch this space!
